About

Systems AV/IT integrator

We design and deliver audiovisual and IT systems for facilities where mistakes are expensive: situation centres, control rooms, boardrooms and lecture halls. We run the project end to end, from the first site visit to training the operators.

How we differ from an equipment supplier

A supplier is responsible for the box; an integrator is responsible for the system actually working. The difference shows at the seams: the video wall has to display data from a line-of-business system, room audio has to reach the video conferencing codec, and the whole thing has to start with one button. Those seams are not covered by equipment manuals, and they decide whether the facility works after handover.

That is why we take on the whole cycle, engineering included: power with redundancy, cable routes, the server room, the structured cabling system. When engineering and AV sit with different contractors, every fault turns into an argument about whose area it is.

How we work with clients

A project starts with a survey, not with a quotation. Until the room, the viewing distances and the light levels have been measured, any specification is guesswork. We hand the calculations to the client along with the design, so that competing bids can be compared on substance.

Operation gets separate attention. A system that can only be used by calling the support desk counts as not handed over. We collapse control into scenarios, train the staff and hand over documentation with every line labelled, so that maintenance never starts with reverse-engineering the wiring.

Coverage

We work across Kazakhstan, on corporate and government sites, including facilities that run around the clock.

How a project runs

Full cycle

1

Site survey

A visit to the site, measurements, an assessment of the rooms, the power supply and the existing infrastructure. This is the step that shows what can be reused and what has to be replaced.

2

Design

Block diagrams, layout plans, display and audio calculations, an equipment schedule. The client ends up with a document that competing bids can be measured against.

3

Supply

Ordering and delivery of equipment with incoming inspection. We buy directly from manufacturers and authorised channels.

4

Installation and integration

Support structures, cable routes, equipment installation and interfacing with the client's existing systems.

5

Commissioning

Configuration, calibration and verification against the design, followed by handover with acceptance testing.

6

Training and support

Staff briefing, handover of documentation, warranty and post-warranty service.
